Free Boardroom
Locating workspaces on-demand that facilitate efficient and seamless collaboration should not be a challenge. There are thousands of sites that offer high-tech amenities to create meetings that are as dynamic and exciting as the plans they’re designed to help implement.
Boardrooms are where most strategic decisions in a company are made. The ideal scenario is that management and the board should devote a lot of time to studying the long-term vision of the company including its competitive position, industry trends geographical, brand names, geographies IP, talent, labor contracts, and product and operational costs. These discussions should not, however, distract from the daily activities of the organization.
The goal of this research is to pinpoint the factors which determine whether sustainability issues are discussed at the board level, and in the event that they are, how much importance is given to the issue. It also aims to understand the contexts that shape the way these conversations are conducted and the potential attentional structures that could emerge to support the discussion of sustainability-related concerns in the boardroom setting.
Except as otherwise stated in this document, the use of the Library’s meeting rooms will be subject to the applicable Library guidelines and policies.
